On February 14th 2020, the innovation design seminar took place at Shinagawa satellite. The seminar topic was “wellbeing marketing” that includes two directions of “wellbeing on marketing” and “marketing for wellbeing.” Two guest speakers from industry made special presentations in terms of both B2C and B2B marketing. According to feedback questionnaire, participants realized potentials on marketing transformation by focusing on wellbeing. To me, it seems to be interesting to think the question “which should we take for wellbeing marketing; data science approach or knowledge science approach?” I think the answer will be knowledge science approach!
