Sept.26-28, 2025
This year, we held our annual research camp in Hiroshima. The main task was to illustrate the local service ecosystem through fieldwork. This year, we also aimed to capture changes in the service ecosystem by incorporating elements from the following paper:
Koskela-Huotari, K., Edvardsson, B., Jonas, J.M., Sörhammar, D. and Witell, L. (2016), “Innovation in service ecosystems—Breaking, making, and maintaining institutionalized rules of resource integration”, Journal of Business Research, Vol. 69 No. 8, pp. 2964–2971.
We divided into four teams (Hiroshima Oysters, Mazda Motors, Setouchi Lemons, Miyajima Tourism) and conducted interviews with various individuals over two days.

4つの班(広島牡蠣,マツダ自動車,瀬戸内レモン,宮島観光)に分かれて2日間で様々な方にヒアリングをしました.ありがとうございました.
写真は一例です.他の班と比較し観光は公共性が高いために例として出しています.
This photo is one example. Tourism is highlighted as an example compared to other teams due to its higher level of public interest.
