【受賞概要】

「大会優秀賞」と「新井賞」は、サービス学会の年次大会における優れた研究発表を顕彰するための賞です。「大会優秀賞」は、学会年次大会において発表された研究の中から、研究内容・方法・表現のすべてにおいて高い水準を備えた発表に対して授与される賞です。オーラル発表・ポスター発表の区別なく、事前の査読および大会期間中の審査を経て選出されます。サービスに関する理論的な貢献、実務への応用可能性、将来的な発展性などが総合的に評価されます。

　「新井賞」は、サービス学の発展に尽力した新井民夫氏（東京大学名誉教授）の功績を記念して創設された賞であり、論文賞・大会優秀賞として選定されるもののうち、サービスに関する知識と体系に基づいた論文を対象とし、その中で社会技術の発展に大きく貢献するものに付与されるものです。

　両賞はいずれも、サービス研究の最前線を示す優れた業績として位置づけられ、若手研究者にとっては学術的評価と将来の発展に資する名誉ある受賞となります。

【受賞研究】

炭素に向けた組織間共創：CUCOコンソーシアムの事例分析

本研究は、二酸化炭素の有効利用によるコンクリート製造の脱炭素化を推進する「CUCO（Carbon Utilized Concrete）コンソーシアム」を事例として、複数企業・研究機関によるサービスエコシステムの形成過程を分析したものです。CUCOが発表した99件の共同研究論文に対するネットワーク分析と、プレスリリースを用いたテキスト分析を組み合わせることで、アクター間の関係性、目標の統合プロセス、共創される価値の構造を多面的に可視化しました。

　その結果、幹事企業を中心とした戦略的ネットワークと、個々のアクターが資源統合者として役割変容しながら連携を深めていくプロセスが明らかになりました。本研究は、技術と制度、組織間の摩擦を乗り越えて共創を実現する実践知を抽出し、社会実装に向けた共創型エコシステム構築のモデルを提示するものとして、サービス学会年次大会において学術的・実務的にも高く評価されました。とくにポスター発表としては初となる新井賞の受賞は、本研究の革新性と社会的意義の高さを示すものです。

【Award Summary】

The “Conference Excellence Award” and “Arai Award” are prizes awarded to recognize outstanding research presentations at the annual conference of the Service Science Society. The “Conference Excellence Award” is awarded to presentations that demonstrate a high level of excellence in all aspects of research content, methodology, and presentation. The award is selected through a preliminary review and evaluation during the conference, without distinction between oral and poster presentations. The award evaluates theoretical contributions to service, practical applicability, and future potential for development in a comprehensive manner.

   The “Arai Award” was established to commemorate the achievements of Minoru Arai (Professor Emeritus, University of Tokyo), who made significant contributions to the development of service studies. It is awarded to papers selected from among those nominated for the Paper Award and the Outstanding Paper Award, focusing on papers based on knowledge and systems related to service, and recognizing those that have made significant contributions to the development of social technology.

Both awards are recognized as outstanding achievements at the forefront of service research and represent a prestigious honor for young researchers, contributing to their academic evaluation and future development.

Inter-organizational Co-creation Toward Carbon: A Case Study of the CUCO Consortium

This study analyzes the formation process of a service ecosystem involving multiple companies and research institutions, using the CUCO (Carbon Utilized Concrete) Consortium, which promotes the decarbonization of concrete manufacturing through the effective utilization of carbon dioxide, as a case study. By combining network analysis of 99 joint research papers published by CUCO with text analysis using press releases, we have visualized the relationships between actors, the process of goal integration, and the structure of co-created value from multiple perspectives. As a result, we have clarified the strategic network centered on the lead company and the process by which individual actors deepen their collaboration while transforming their roles as resource integrators.

   This study extracts practical knowledge for realizing co-creation by overcoming friction between technology, institutions, and organizations, and presents a model for building a co-creation-oriented ecosystem for social implementation. It was highly evaluated at the annual conference of the Service Science Society of Japan for its academic and practical value. In particular, the award of the Arai Prize, which was given for the first time to a poster presentation, demonstrates the innovation and high social significance of this study.
