Master final defense @ Shinagawa

On February 8th 2020, master final defense took place at Shinagawa satellite campus. Ms. Toya talked about learning organization in hospital as her research presentation. Her study focuses on how hospitals can reorganize their culture to keep competitiveness against the changes of Japanese society and provide high quality of human services to make people be well-being. It seems to be difficult for Japanese hospitals to reform their organization due to Japanese healthcare system, besides medical professionals have low sense of belonging to their own hospitals. Based on the background, the study aims to investigate an organizational learning that contributes to improving the quality of human services in hospital, thereby modeling a value co-creation relationship among stakeholders in hospitality services.
