Hello everyone, how are you? I'm sorry that I have not posted for a long time.

I'm fine. Thankfully, since it is possible to do university work by telework, I have given online lectures on "Introduction to Business Administration", "innovation management", "Introduction to Knowledge Science", etc.

In addition, I received the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (Kiban B), which is expected to enable me to conduct research over a longer period of time. I would like to create a specific page to share my ideas and research progress.

By the way, I would share my essay on COVID-19 at Society for Serviceology. I wrote an article about the service problems caused by the new coronavirus from the viewpoint of TSR, so please read it if you like.
